I’m a CIPD qualified HR Generalist Consultant with 25 years of HR experience and creating business relationships across a diverse range of industry sectors (including Media, Insurance, Charity, Not for Profit, Medical, Education, Research, Food & Beverage, Restaurants, Legal, Engineering, Construction, IT, Finance, Retail, Consultancy, Automotive, Manufacturing and Music).
I assist start-ups and small to medium businesses with anything from day to day HR support or advice, creating an HR presence, resolving complex HR issues, driving forward HR strategy or projects and implementing innovative HR decision making that fits the needs of the business.
